You can give feedback, raise a concern or make a complaint about NWSS services. You can also contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission independently.

Raise feedback or a complaint with NWSS

You can give feedback, raise a concern or make a complaint by phone or email. A participant can have a family member, advocate or other support person assist them.

You may ask for your complaint to be handled confidentially or without identifying you. Providing limited information may affect our ability to investigate or update you about the outcome.

Making a complaint will not affect your right to be treated fairly or to receive safe and respectful support.
