Behaviour Support

Empowering Positive Change with Behaviour Support

We help NDIS participants manage behaviours of concern with safe, respectful, and person-centred strategies that improve quality of life.

What is Behaviour Support?

Behaviour Support is a specialist NDIS service for participants who display behaviours that may impact their safety, wellbeing, or ability to engage in everyday life.
Our team works alongside participants, families, and support workers to understand behaviour causes, create personalised strategies, and promote positive change.

Services We Offer

  • Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA) – Identifying triggers and behaviour patterns

  • Behaviour Support Plans (BSP) – Clear, practical strategies for support teams

  • Restrictive Practice Reduction – Safe alternatives to restrictive interventions

  • Crisis Support & De-escalation – Preventing and managing behavioural incidents

  • Training for Support Teams – Empowering carers and staff to respond effectively

  • Ongoing Reviews & Adjustments – Plans that grow with the participant’s needs

Who Can Benefit?

Behaviour Support may be right for participants who:

Our Person-Centred Approach

We believe every behaviour has a reason — and every person has potential.
